Data Deletion Request

At Time Wealth NZ, we respect your right to privacy. You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, and we will process your request promptly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

This includes any data collected through our website, connected social media accounts (such as Facebook or Instagram via Meta APIs), or any other services we provide.

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3. In the body of the email, include your full name and the email address associated with your account or any interactions with our platform
4. Optionally, specify what data you would like deleted (e.g., account data, social media permissions, email history)

Once we receive your data deletion request:

• We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
• Your data will be permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days)
• We will notify you by email once the deletion has been completed
• Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records)

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our platform via Meta APIs, you can also revoke our app's access directly through your Facebook or Instagram settings:

• Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove our app
• Instagram: Go to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove our app

Revoking access will immediately stop our platform from accessing your social media data. To also delete any data we have already collected, please send us the email request as described above.
